Before we started Restore N Refresh, our team worked for some of the biggest names in carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning. When we noticed how some of them were treating the customers who trusted them — sending untrained technicians out to jobs, using toxic chemical cleaning products, and lacking the attention to detail that customers deserved — we knew that it just wasn’t good enough.
After all, we thought, the items we clean are often highly valuable to our customers besides it’s monetary value. Your family sofa, for example, isn’t just furniture. It’s where you spend precious time with your family and friends, watching movies, having some laughs, or comforting each other in times of heartache.
That’s just one of the many reasons why we started Restore N Refresh, a locally owned and operated company on Acworth, GA dedicated to providing only the best in carpet, hardwood floor, upholstery, tile and mattress cleaning to our customers.
We thought long and hard about the name we wanted to be known for, but it really was the exclamations of what we’d hear from customers time and time again that sealed it for us. “It looks so clean and fresh,” they’d say over and over again. I suppose that’s why there is also a Clean ‘n ‘ Fresh cleaning company in Chandler AZ, and another Restore N Refresh carpet cleaner in Hermosa Beach, CA. There’s even a Restore N Refresh hand sanitizer and Fresh ‘n’ Clean dog shampoo. So while we may not be original, our name really does reflect what we believe our customers want when they hire us. And I suspect our namesakes feel the same.
